The BMW M 1000 R is the second motorcycle to carry the prestigious "M" badge, following the M 1000 RR. Visually, it is distinguished by its aggressive M Winglets on the side panels, which provide 11 kg of downforce at 220 km/h for stability. The bike features the iconic Light White/M Motorsport livery with large "M" graphics on the tank. It is powered by a water-cooled inline-4 engine with BMW ShiftCam technology, adapted from the RR superbike to provide maximum torque across the rev range. Premium equipment includes blue anodized M brake calipers, a titanium sports silencer, forged aluminum wheels (or optional carbon wheels), and a 6.5-inch TFT display with M-specific start-up animations.
